1. Who we are
MagicaLCore is an application developed by an independent developer (hereinafter, "the Developer"). For inquiries, you can reach out at contactus@magicalcoreapp.com.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
By downloading, installing, or using MagicaLCore, you confirm that:
- You are at least 16 years old.
- You accept these Terms and agree to comply with them.
- You have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the application. The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes are published implies acceptance of the new terms.
3. Service Description
MagicaLCore offers the following features:
- Image import: import a folder of images organised in one subfolder per class.
- Visual model editor: set the project name, author and description of your model.
- Local training: train image classification models on the iPad.
- Advanced controls: iterations, learning rate, dropout, early stopping tolerance and iterations without improvement, with explanations.
- Statistics and metrics: accuracy and loss charts for training and validation.
- Testing: live camera prediction and batch testing with imported images.
- Export: export of a ready-to-use .mlmodel for Xcode and Swift Playgrounds.
- History and tutorials: a list of your saved models and step-by-step guides.
4. Free and Pro Versions
MagicaLCore is free to download and includes ads. The free version lets you train with up to 2,000 images per training, with the default values for the advanced training settings. Testing and exporting models from the History may require watching an ad.
MagicaLCore Pro includes everything in the free version plus:
- No ads
- Advanced training settings
- Up to 10,000 images per training
- Testing and exporting models without watching an ad
5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
MagicaLCore offers the following payment options, managed exclusively through the Apple App Store:
- Monthly subscription: 4,99 € per month, with automatic monthly renewal.
- Annual subscription: 39,99 € per year, with automatic annual renewal.
- One-time payment (lifetime): 199,99 € for lifetime access to all Pro features with no subscription.
Subscription terms:
- Payment is charged to the user's Apple ID account upon confirming the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation can be done at any time from the App Store account settings on your device.
- No refunds are given for unused partial periods, except as established by Apple's policy and applicable law.
- Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with prior notice.
To manage or cancel your subscription, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPad.
6. Requirements
MagicaLCore requires iPadOS 18 or later and an iPad with an M-series chip, or an A16 chip or later. Training time and the size of the datasets you can use depend on your iPad.
7. Your content and your models
You keep all rights to the images you import and to the models you create. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the images you use to train, and for how you use the models you export.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the application to train models on content you do not have the right to use.
- Use the application or the models created with it for unlawful purposes.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application.
- Interfere with the advertising or in-app purchase systems.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The accuracy of a model depends on the images and settings used to train it. The Developer does not guarantee any particular result.
- The Developer does not guarantee that the application is free of errors or that training will complete on every device or dataset.
- The Developer will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application or the models created with it.
- This limitation of liability will survive the termination of this Agreement.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights to the MagicaLCore application, including its code, design, brand, and content, are the exclusive property of the Developer. The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license for personal use of the application.
11. Privacy and Data
The use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, including the information collected by Google AdMob in the free version.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the use of the application will be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
